what is artetica? A creative hub, a space where design, fashion and architecture meet. A place to enhance clothes, objects, vintage and 2nd hand furniture. A design studio that combines various aspects of design.

Is the newsletter subscription free?

Yes, membership is free and does not require that any
no purchase, its purpose is to be always
up-to-date on brand news, from products to projects.

How can I change my newsletter settings or unsubscribe?

Change our newsletter settings at any time by accessing “Newsletter” on your Account page at the top right of the homepage and selecting from the available options. You can also make changes through the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter. After unsubscribing, you will no longer be updated on our exclusive promotions. Remember, if you choose to unsubscribe, you will not be able to use the same email to sign up for our newsletter service again in the future. For questions and assistance, write to:

What do I do if I forget my password?

No problem: choose the “Forgot your password?” option from the Sign In window. You will receive a link via email to securely set a new password for your account (if you don’t receive our email right away, also check the Promotions tab of your inbox). For questions or assistance, write to:

How can I change my email address?

To change the email address associated with your profile on artetica, enter your Account page via the icon at the top right of the homepage, select the “My Information” item, and proceed by selecting the “”Edit”” button. After entering your new email address, confirm your choice by clicking the “Save” button.

How is my data processed?

artetica attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and the need to process them according to the strictest Italian legislative requirements (Legislative Decree No. 196/03). You can find more detailed information about this in the Privacy and Cookies area. The reference address regarding Privacy (art. 7 of the Privacy Code) is artetica, via Francesco Petrarca 6, Milan, 20123, MI.

How can I place an order on artetica?

After you have selected all the products you want, access the Shopping Cart via the icon in the upper right corner, review the items you have added and click the “Proceed with Order” button. Don’t worry: you can still edit the products you entered or change your mind until the end of the checkout process. To continue with the order, some data are required, including the shipping address and, if you want invoice enter in the notes: tax code or VAT number (make sure you have everything handy). At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. Remember that, in this second case, you will not be able to redeem any discount coupons in your possession. After specifying your information and entering any coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card information and SecureCode, if provided by your bank. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected bank transfer mode, a second email will be sent to you with payment details (if you do not receive our email right away, please also check the Promotions tab in your inbox). We recommend that you complete the checkout process quickly, as items added to your cart are not automatically reserved.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, please write to: cs@artetica.it.Remember that cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order by:

How can I request the invoice?

To request an invoice for your order, enter “I would like an invoice” in the notes found on the data entry page, before payment. Fill in the “order notes” field by entering your tax code or VAT number, the recipient code and/or your PEC address and then proceed to select the payment method. Remember that you will not be able to request an invoice once you have made your payment and completed your order. The invoice will be sent to you by email after the order has been delivered.

How can I use a discount coupon?

A discount coupon is a unique code that can only be used once, on a single order. You can use your code in the shopping cart or at the next data entry step in the “Discout code” box provided.

What is the validity of a coupon?

Coupons may be subject to date and/or merchandise category and/or minimum order restrictions based on the promotion for which they are activated. However, these conditions are always stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

How much is the shipping cost?

It varies depending on commercial conditions and the voluminosity of the order, there may be a delivery fee. However, the amount will always be communicated to you before the order is finalized.

Deconstruction?

Shipping for these kinds of products is handled externally to the online sales channel to ensure more efficient delivery.
For example, if a floor covering is purchased, it will be necessary to agree on the method of delivery or in case you want it picked up at our premises, by appointment.

How quickly will my order be processed?

The shipping time of an order depends on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. We will ensure that you receive the best possible service and activate a direct line between you and the courier who will make the delivery. Generally, the order will be processed from our warehouses in a maximum of 3 working days.
We prefer to confer this time frame so that we can organize the shipment in the best possible way.

can I come and pick up my products in
your space?

Absolutely, in fact, we’ll have coffee together if you’d like. Contact us at apm@artetica.it, by phone or through the doodle you can find on the showcase: Google.

Who is in charge of shipping my package?

Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered through the best couriers available on the market, who will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is entrusted to them. In the case of shipments that require special care during transport, specialized couriers will be used, who will carry out a telephone advance notice service to arrange delivery with you.

To which countries can I ship my order?

We can ship our items anywhere in the World except Brazil.

How can I contact you for product assistance?

How can I make a return or replacement and in what time frame?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may choose to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if in stock), you will be responsible for the return and will need to proceed with a new order. Items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly wrapped and packaged. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. In the event that this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box.

How does the reimbursement take place?

The return of one or more products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding the cost of shipping to our warehouse. The refund will be made through re-credit based on the payment method you used during purchase. We will process the refund once we confirm the arrival of the package at our warehouse.

How to take measurements [Fashion category]?

Measurements are taken flat, that is, with the garment lying on a flat, linear surface, with a dressmaker’s tape measure.

Length: we measure from one end of the garment to the other, vertically.

Shoulders: we measure from the back of the garment, (horizontally) from one shoulder point to the other.

Sleeve length: we measure from the shoulder point where the sleeve begins to the end of the sleeve.

Lap: we measure around the garment from underarm to shoulder and from shoulder to underarm, so we have the total measurement.

Suspenders: the measurement of the suspender is taken in its entirety, (front to back) so you can eventually place the dressmaker’s tape measure on your shoulder and figure out from where to where it would reach you.

Waist: we measure, for example for pants and skirts, from one side to the other (horizontally) of the strap at the back of the garment. 
The measurement then corresponds not to the waist intended as circumference, but as the measurement of the waist behind the garment flat.

Hips: we measure, for example, for pants and skirts, from side to side (horizontally) of the widest part on the hips at the back of the garment.
The measurement then corresponds not to the hips understood as circumference, but as the measurement of the hips at the back of the garment flat.

If you do not find the hip measurement, it is probably because, for example for a skirt, it is stretchy and fits the body.
Bottom: we measure the bottom from one end of the garment to the other, horizontally, of the back.

Tip: Since it is not so easy to take your own* measurements on yourself, we recommend that you take a garment from your closet;
a shirt, pants, etc. that fits you the way you feel most comfortable, and compare the measurements with the artetic garment you are interested in.

We make a point of providing measurements and making sure they are checked, because it is important for us to reduce shipping to what is necessary and to make returns if there is really something wrong.

How do garment sizes work?

The sizes shown are those of the garment label and thus of the relevant brand.
That is why sometimes you will find XS – S – M – L – XL etc. and other times 38 – 40 – 42 – 44 – 46 – 48 etc.
Some garments fit smaller or larger than the indicated size and in this case we specify it.
Always check the measurements anyway.
